Before you buy
Do I need a Google account?
Yes, for the map. It is linked to the email address entered at payment: use the one for your Google account, whether Gmail or any other address associated with a Google account. The PDF guide, on the other hand, opens on any device.
What language is the guide in?
You choose the language at checkout: French, English, German, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese. The map is in the same language.
Can I share the map?
No. Access is personal and linked to your Google account. A link passed on to someone else will not open.
Is the information up to date?
Every place was checked in September 2026. Opening hours and prices change often, so check the venue's website before you go. The map is updated regularly at no extra cost.
Do updates cost extra?
No. New places and corrections appear directly on your map, with no subscription or extra charge. Your PDF guide remains the edition you bought.
I have not received anything. What should I do?
The email arrives within a few minutes. Check your spam folder, then write to us at contact@trottimap.fr, giving the address used for payment.
Can I withdraw from my purchase?
The guide is digital content supplied as soon as payment is made. By confirming your order, you request its immediate supply and waive your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
