General terms and conditions of sale

1. Seller

TOMOE CONSEIL, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of €1,000, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 922 269 493, whose registered office is at 7 rue Théophile Gautier, 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine. Intra-community VAT number: FR85922269493. Contact: contact@trottimap.fr.

2. Product

Guide + map. Digital guide in PDF format (651 days out with children in France, 2026 Edition), in the language chosen when ordering, and personal access to the interactive Trottimap map in Google Maps, with no time limit. Map updates are included (see article 8).

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes. Guide + map: €14.99, reduced to €4.99 with the launch code until 28 October 2026 at 11.59 pm. This is a one-off payment, with no subscription.

4. Order and payment

Payment is made online via Stripe. The email address entered at payment must be that of a Google account: access to the map is granted to that account.

5. Delivery

The guide and the map link are sent by email within minutes of payment. If they are not received, the customer should write to contact@trottimap.fr.

6. Licence of use

The guide and the map are intended for personal and family use. Access to the map is personal to the customer, linked to the customer's Google account, and may not be transferred, shared or resold. Any distribution of the guide or any attempt to share access will result in access being withdrawn, without refund.

7. Right of withdrawal

The guide and access to the map are digital content supplied as soon as payment is made. By confirming the order, the customer requests immediate supply and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal, in accordance with article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code.

8. Map updates

Trottimap regularly adds to and corrects the map: new places, closures, practical information. These updates are included in the price, with no subscription or extra charge, and appear directly on the customer's map. No commitment is made as to their frequency or content. The PDF guide corresponds to the edition purchased.

9. Information about places

The places were checked in September 2026. Opening hours, prices and access conditions are the responsibility of the venues and may change: the customer should check the information with the venue before visiting. TOMOE CONSEIL cannot be held liable if a venue closes or changes.

10. Google Maps service

The map uses the Google My Maps service. Should Google modify or discontinue this service, TOMOE CONSEIL would offer an equivalent means of accessing the places.

12. Mediation

In the event of a dispute, the customer may refer the matter to the consumer mediator free of charge: CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, www.cm2c.net.

13. Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
